Timmy Turtle Skating

Timmy Turtle claims he’s not having fun. The hat was a present, the scarf is worn the wrong way, and the music is too loud for his taste. Yet, despite his resistance to the festive spirit, he skates impressively well. While others wobble, Timmy moves smoothly. His shell gives him excellent balance, and his serious expression shows intense concentration. He credits his skill to physics—a “low centre of gravity”—but there’s clearly more. That triple turn last Thursday? It was deliberate. If you arrive early, you might catch it, but ask him about it, and he’ll deny it happened.
